The Huawei-iFlytek supercomputer

Beyond the Huawei-iFlytek deal, the package includes a semiconductor development partnership with Spain built around RISC-V, an open, non-proprietary chip architecture that isn't controlled by any single company the way x86 or ARM licensing is -- a further signal that Brazil is deliberately avoiding lock-in to any one geopolitical technology bloc across its entire AI stack, from chips to compute to cloud.
