Agility Robotics is valued at $2.5 billion under the SPAC merger agreement it signed on June 24, 2026 — up from a reported ~$2.1 billion after its $400 million Series C just over a year earlier, and roughly $180 million raised across its first three rounds since 2018.
Agility Robotics builds Digit, a bipedal humanoid robot rented to logistics operators for warehouse work. Its valuation has climbed through four disclosed funding events since 2018, culminating in the pre-money valuation set by its pending SPAC merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI, covered in full in our Agility Robotics IPO breakdown. This post traces how it got there.

Agility Robotics' Full Funding and Valuation History

Why Agility Robotics' Series C Valuation Was Never Officially Confirmed
Agility Robotics' $400 million Series C is the murkiest data point in its history. SiliconANGLE reported on April 1, 2025 that the round, first disclosed by The Information, would value the company at roughly $1.75 billion pre-money once finalized — implying a post-money figure near $2.1 billion to $2.15 billion — led by WP Global's venture arm, with SoftBank and Amazon also named as participants. PitchBook data cited in that reporting showed the round had already closed, but Agility Robotics itself never issued a public announcement confirming the amount or the valuation.
That gap between "reported" and "confirmed" matters here: every number in this section traces back to anonymous-sourced reporting and third-party deal-tracking data, not a company press release or an SEC filing, which is also why Agility's own SPAC merger materials are the first fully company-confirmed valuation figure in its history.
What's Driving the Valuation: Digit's Commercial Deployments
Agility's valuation step-ups track its move from pilots to paid commercial deployments of Digit, its bipedal humanoid robot. At GXO Logistics' warehouse, Digit has moved more than 100,000 totes in a commercial robots-as-a-service deployment as of late 2025, automating tote-handling tasks on the floor. TechCrunch reported on February 19, 2026 that Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada signed a commercial robots-as-a-service agreement for seven Digit units, following a year-long pilot, to unload parts totes from an automated warehouse tugger at the Canadian plant that builds RAV4 SUVs.
Both deals use the same robots-as-a-service structure: customers pay for Digit's labor rather than buying the hardware outright, which lets Agility book recurring revenue per deployment instead of one-time hardware sales — a model investors in the Series C and the SPAC deal are effectively pricing alongside the hardware itself.
What the headline misses
A "$180M to $2.5B" valuation arc reads as a clean growth story, but the two most important numbers in it, the Series C's $400 million size and its ~$2.1 billion valuation, were never confirmed by Agility Robotics itself. If the actual Series C terms differ meaningfully from what The Information and SiliconANGLE reported, the "16-19% premium" the SPAC deal appears to represent over the last private round could be larger or smaller than it looks. The SPAC valuation is also still provisional: the deal has SEC effectiveness but has not closed, and remains subject to a shareholder vote, exchange approval, and other customary conditions.
Bottom line: Agility Robotics' valuation has climbed from undisclosed figures at its 2018 and 2022 rounds to a reported ~$2.1 billion at its $400 million 2025 Series C, and now to a company-confirmed $2.5 billion pre-money valuation in its pending SPAC merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI. Total disclosed funding stood at roughly $180 million through the 2022 Series B, before the separate $400 million Series C and the new capital the SPAC deal is expected to bring.
