Twenty Technologies, an Arlington-based startup building automated offensive cyber operations for the U.S. military and intelligence community, raised a $100 million Series B at a $1 billion valuation led by Accel, with Point72 Ventures, Caffeinated Capital, and Friends & Family Capital participating.
