Nvidia isn't picking a winner in robotics or physical AI, it's making sure it gets paid regardless of who wins -- the toolkit-plus-hardware play is the same moat strategy that made CUDA unbeatable in software AI, now aimed at the physical layer. If you're evaluating simulation or robotics startups, ask whether they're building on top of this stack or trying to compete with it directly; the latter is a much harder venture bet.
