Anthropic rolled out an Artifacts update for Claude Code that brings live, shared dashboards and interactive workspaces to enterprise teams. Rather than producing static code or text, Claude Code can now generate working artifacts -- dashboards, tools, and interactive interfaces -- that teams view, share, and iterate on collaboratively.
The shift is strategically significant. The first generation of AI coding tools optimized for an individual developer's productivity. By making output a shared, live surface, Anthropic is repositioning Claude Code as a team collaboration layer -- the place where an organization builds and uses internal software, not just a faster way to write it. That's a far stickier enterprise relationship.

The timing reinforces Anthropic's enterprise momentum. With its revenue run rate reportedly overtaking OpenAI's on the strength of API and enterprise adoption, features that embed Claude deeper into daily team workflows compound the advantage. The competitive question is how fast rivals match the collaborative-artifact model now that Anthropic has set the bar.
