The Short Answer

Choose Creatio if…

You want sales, marketing and service on one platform, you want business teams to build and change workflows and AI agents without heavy custom development, you need on-premise deployment, you want AI agents on the model you choose, managed with policies and approvals, or you want an Unlimited plan without caps on users, agents or workflows.

Choose Salesforce if…

You want the largest CRM ecosystem and app marketplace, you want Slack and Tableau bundled into your CRM edition, or you are a very small team starting on the $25 Starter Suite.

Pricing: What You Pay Per Seat

Creatio uses composable pricing. You choose a platform plan, Growth from $40 or Enterprise from $75 per user per month, and add the CRM products you need at $15 per user per month each. A sales team on Enterprise plus Creatio Sales starts at $90 per user per month. The Unlimited plan, introduced on May 1, 2026, includes every CRM product and removes caps on users, agents, workflows and API calls, with pricing set for the organization.

Salesforce sells Sales Cloud by edition: Starter Suite at $25, Pro Suite at $100, Core at $195, Advanced at $395 and Max at $550 per user per month, billed annually. At the mid-tier, a sales team on Creatio Enterprise plus Sales pays $90 per seat against $100 for Salesforce Pro Suite and $195 for Core.

Per-seat list price is only part of the bill. Salesforce sells Data Cloud and MuleSoft integration as separate products, and Agentforce usage is metered in Flex Credits. Creatio includes one data model and native integration tools in the platform. Price the full stack you need on each side.

AI and Agents

Creatio includes prebuilt CRM agents that teams can extend or build from scratch with no-code tools, AI Twin for employees to build personal agents, and AI Studio to manage agents across the enterprise. Every plan includes AI credits: 200 per user on Growth, 400 per user on Enterprise and 10,000 per organization on Unlimited. Teams can connect the language model they choose, such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI or their own, and AI Studio adds policies, approvals and a full audit trail.

Salesforce's AI centers on Agentforce. Its pricing page says AI can be added to Core and above, includes Agentforce for Sales in Max, and lists Flex Credits of 1 million per organization per year on Advanced and 2.75 million on Max.

Customization and Deployment

Creatio is built so that business teams, not developers, change apps and workflows. Creatio Business Studio combines AI coding agents with no-code visual designers. In Creatio's Howdens case study, the first depot was running within 12 weeks of starting design and build, and a Nucleus Research study of Creatio customers (Research Z51, April 2025) found 70% shorter implementation timelines and a 37% reduction in total cost of ownership. Enterprise and Unlimited can run in the cloud or on-premise, which matters for banks, insurers and public-sector teams with data residency rules.

Salesforce lists greater customization and automation from Pro Suite up and access to its AgentExchange marketplace, and it bundles Slack and Tableau Next into Core and higher editions.

The Verdict

For teams that want a full CRM where the business, not a development team, owns workflows and AI agents, Creatio offers a lower listed mid-tier per-seat price than Salesforce Pro Suite and Core, an Unlimited plan without user or agent caps, and on-premise deployment. Salesforce remains the choice for teams that want the largest ecosystem and Slack and Tableau bundled in. FAQ

Is Creatio cheaper than Salesforce?

At comparable mid-tier levels, Creatio's listed prices are lower per user. Creatio Enterprise plus Sales starts at $90 per user per month (Enterprise $75, confirmed by Creatio in October 2026, plus Sales at $15), while Salesforce Sales Cloud lists Pro Suite at $100 and Core at $195 per user per month (salesforce.com, checked October 12, 2026). Salesforce's Starter Suite at $25 is the cheapest entry point.

What is the main difference between Creatio and Salesforce?

Creatio puts sales, marketing and service on one data model with AI agents built into each product, lets business teams customize workflows, apps and agents themselves, and offers on-premise deployment on Enterprise and Unlimited. Salesforce offers a very large ecosystem and bundles Slack, Tableau and Agentforce into its higher editions.

Does Creatio have AI agents like Salesforce Agentforce?

Yes. Creatio ships prebuilt CRM agents that can be extended or built with no-code tools, AI Twin for employees to build personal agents, and AI Studio to manage the agent lifecycle with policies, approvals and an audit trail. Teams can connect the language model they choose, and every Creatio plan includes AI credits.

Can I move from Salesforce to Creatio?

Yes. Creatio says Emeria, a real estate services provider, replaced Salesforce with Creatio. In another Creatio customer story, Purplebricks replaced a legacy CRM and reported 35% more leads, 50% more conversions and lead response cut from two to three days to under 20 minutes.

Can I get unlimited users on Creatio?

Yes. Creatio's Unlimited plan, introduced May 1, 2026, has no caps on users, custom agents, applications, workflows, custom objects or API calls, with pricing based on the scale of the organization.
