KAIST Hits 99% Yield On Next-Gen Chip Material
Researchers at KAIST and startup TDS Innovation published a Nature paper showing a technique that grows single-crystal 2D semiconductors at a 99.3% yield, a step toward stacking logic and memory closer together for future AI chips.
